Pre-existing medical conditions are not covered. If you have one, you can still take out insurance with us - on that understanding, and the insurance is still valid in all other respects.

There is no need for any declaration of the condition to us, because if (on medical examination) a claim is found to be caused by, or related to, the pre-existing condition you pay all the costs yourself.

Alternative travel insurance, with cover for pre-existing conditions, may be available via our link with AllClearTravel.co.uk, specialists in pre-existing conditions travel insurance.
