Special rates apply for long stay travel to Australia and New Zealand with an allowance to stopover elsewhere worldwide. For example, this allowance is 36 days stopover during a 12 month trip. This is specially designed to give reasonable time for visiting South East Asia, on the outward or return leg to Australia or New Zealand, or split between both.
Long Stay Insurance is for persons aged over 16 and under 40 at the trip start date.
Insurance must be take out before the start of the trip.

Adventure Sports Over 100 holiday activities, adventure sports and some extreme sports are covered for long stay student travel. There is no extra charge for working abroad or for participating in adventure sports and holiday activities, such as, sailing, windsurfing, trekking, scuba diving, mountain biking, bungee jumping, skydiving .. even snow skiing and snow boarding.
Winter Sports Winter sports activities are included at no extra charge within our High Risk category of activities. But, although providing cover, it is not conventional winter sports holiday insurance as is available with annual policies and shorter trip insurance.
